Welcome to Countryside Animal Clinic!
History: Dr. Kurt Krusen has run his general small animal practice since 1994. He currently provides a personalized approach and a more intimate experience in a slower paced, less stressful, beautiful country setting. He has special interests in surgery, geriatrics, and osteoarthritis where simple or comprehensive treatments including nutritional supplements can make a significant difference in the quality and length of your pet’s life. He is involved in community events and has performed veterinary service/mission trips to Haiti, Cuba, Navajo Nation, Nicaragua, Grenada, and Costa Rica.
Philosophy: We provide compassionate, customized care in a quiet country setting making sure that our patients receive a high quality of veterinary care throughout the life of your pet. We understand your pet is part of your family, which is why we treat every animal as one of our own. We offer a range of veterinary services, grounded in solid medicine, which include routine preventative care for young, healthy pets; early detection and treatment of diseases for older pets; and complete medical and surgical care. Our team is also dedicated to client education. We offer a range of treatment options and clearly explain the differences to ensure you can make the best decision for you and your family. Our job is not only to treat your pet, but to help you learn how to keep your pet happy and healthy. We also can provide advice on behavioral issues. We believe that an individual approach is the key to the best care for your pet.
